Replacement of Indigenous Services Canada’s Electronic Service Delivery Reporting Template (e-SDRT) application with the information management system I-CLSC in the non-agreement First Nations communities of Quebec

Under First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB)’s First Nations and Inuit Home and Community Care program (FNIHCCP), communities are required to fulfill mandatory reporting requirements.

To do so, they are collecting and uploading client service information to the Electronic Service Delivery Reporting Template (e-SDRT) database.

Last year, the First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Health and Social Services Commission (FNQLHSSC) tested the utilization of the information management system I-CLSC under the First Nations and Inuit Home and Community Care program with two communities. The experience has been very positive and thus, the deployment is now offered to all of the non-agreement First Nations communities of Quebec.

The FNQLHSSC is launching a call for interest process to select three (3) communities interested in replacing e-SDRT with I-CLSC.

If your community is interested in replacing e-SDRT with I-CLSC, please complete the expression of interest form (one per community) and return it to the FNQLHSSC no later than October 18, 2018, as per indicated on the last page of the form.
