We support and advise First Nations communities and organizations in their approaches and actions related to governance and community engagement. We collaborate in the autonomy of communities by strengthening their management and development capacities in terms of information governance, population engagement and crisis management. We are also responsible for coordinating the Quebec First Nations health and social services governance process. Documentation, training, surveys: our support adapts to the needs of communities.
