The FNQLHSSC is pleased to inform you\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0publication of the results of the First Nations Labour and Employment Development (FNLED) Survey. The official launch of the results took place on November 25, 2021,\u00a0during the\u00a0Grand\u00a0Economic Circle of Indigenous People and Quebec, which was\u00a0organized by the\u00a0First Nations of Quebec and Labrador\u00a0Economic Development\u00a0Commission.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

You can now\u00a0access\u00a0the\u00a0thematic booklets of the\u00a0report\u00a0as well as\u00a0a collection of highlights in\u00a0<\/span>our documentation\u00a0centre.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0You are also invited to watch the\u00a0<\/span>video,\u00a0which briefly presents the results of the\u00a0FNLED\u00a0Survey.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The FNLED Survey\u00a0aims to paint a portrait of the labour and employment situation\u00a0within\u00a0the\u00a0First Nations communities in Quebec.\u00a0Its\u00a0main objectives are to provide scientifically and culturally validated information and to improve First Nations governance in\u00a0terms of\u00a0research decolonization.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

The results will provide key community stakeholders\u00a0and decision-makers\u00a0with access to quality evidence-based data. In addition, the results can contribute to informed decision-making regarding\u00a0labour\u00a0employment development issues in the communities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

Finally, we would like to thank the communities and respondents who participated in this\u00a0Survey as well as the members of the\u00a0Advisory\u00a0Committee who guided the process.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
