Rights of users and complaint process in the Quebec health and social services network<br \/>\n2. Youth protection and Indigenous children\u2019s rights<br \/>\n3. Rights and remedies in the event of exploitation and abuse of those who are most vulnerable<br \/>\n4. Rights of individuals in their relations with Quebec\u2019s public services: a presentation by the Qu\u00e9bec Ombudsman<br \/>\n5.
