Free conference for stakeholders
A committee made up of regional and national coordinators has been working on the national plan to combat mistreatment against elders. Alongside the Sureté du Québec (SQ) and the Montreal Police Department (SPVM), the committee is organizing a presentation for community workers and professionals about the different types of fraud.
The title of the presentation is: “Fraud against seniors: Understanding it to protect yourself better” and will be given by a sergeant advisor to the SPVM and by an economic crime police officer from SQ.
