- The presence of recreational, sports and outdoor infrastructures that are in good condition in all regions of Quebec.
- Access to these infrastructures for the public.

Report from the Senate Committee on Indigenous Peoples : Cannabis Act

Drowning prevention
As water sports are growing in popularity (paddleboarding, canoeing, open water swimming, etc.), promoting water safety becomes even more important.
