Safe Long-Term Care Act With a view to developing national legislation and standards for long-term care (LTC), Health Canada is launching an online questionnaire to gather feedback from Canadians. The online questionnaire also includes a targeted question for self-identifying Indigenous people to obtain First Nations, Inuit, and Métis perspectives on culturally safe LTC services. Please complete the questionnaire before September 21, 2023.
Progress Report by Statistics Canada Statistics Canada is proud to release a progress report on the initiative to collect information on the Indigenous and racialized identity of alleged perpetrators and victims of crime via the Uniform Crime Reporting Survey.
