Programme d’accompagnement justice et santé mentale (PAJ-SM) (justice and mental health support program)
This program provides a judicial approach tailored to accused persons whose offence is associated, in particular, with a mental health or addiction issue. It aims to:

- Provide support, promote social reintegration, and reduce the risk of reoffending.
- Facilitate access to services, support recovery, and take each person’s specific needs into account while respecting their identity, culture, and living environment.
- Promote healthy lifestyle habits and practices.
