Information Management Systems
We support First Nations communities in the implementation, optimization, and use of digital solutions for organizational, informational, and decision-making purposes to strengthen health and social services, without assuming any clinical responsibilities.
The Information Resources team acts as a technological and information advisory partner, complementing local clinical teams while respecting their autonomy.
* Clinical responsibilities, professional practices, and care-related decisions remain the exclusive responsibility of the communities and their clinical teams.
Our approach includes:
- Supporting the implementation of systems meeting operational and organizational needs, be they from the public network, from the private sector, or custom-built with our team.
- Supporting information management, confidentiality, and data sharing.
- Providing functional and technical assistance services ensuring incident resolution, request management, and operational maintenance of applications, including level 2 support, coordination with suppliers, and user assistance.
- Offering user support and training.
- Providing development and assistance for reporting needs using digital tools to facilitate transparency, planning, and service monitoring.
Telehealth
Our technological, organizational, and informational support for the implementation of teleconsultation solutions aims to create a secure, functional digital environment reflecting local realities. The objective is to facilitate access to remote care while ensuring seamless integration with existing services to support care teams, without intervening in clinical service delivery or medical decision-making.
Our services include:
- Support in identifying organizational and technological needs related to telehealth services, in collaboration with communities.
- Guidance in the design, implementation, and integration of telehealth solutions.
- Development of digital tools aligned with territorial, cultural, and organizational realities.
- Capacity building through training, knowledge transfer, and mentorship.
