This model includes templates, sample documents, case scenarios and other resources. It draws from the FNMWC, which recognizes culture as a critical social determinant of health for First Nations people, and is intended to be a supplementary tool, supporting complex mental wellness needs of an acute crisis, such as a house fire, the death of a community member or a major storm.
