The goal of this needs assessment process is to collect relevant information on the needs of First Nations children aged 0 to 6 and their family members in terms of the promotion of social skills. The document is divided in several parts: the context of criminality in the First Nations, the methodology, the highlights, the main findings of the study, and, finally, various recommendations concerning the continuation of activities related to the social skills promotional strategy developed by the FNQLHSSC.
