Kids Help Phone : Kids Help Phone is a helpline that is available to all young people. This organization also offers support from other young people.
Coming out: A Handbook for LGBTQ Young People : Exploring your sexual orientation and/or gender identity can bring up a lot of feelings and questions. The Trevor Project’s Coming Out is a Handbook for LGBTQ Young People to help them navigate questions around their identity.
First Nations Centre des Premières Nations : Sexual Health Toolkit Part 1 : Created in collaboration with the Native Youth Sexual Health Network (NYSHN), the purpose of the toolkit is to provide some of the basic information on sexual health. It also provides links to websites that might have more information. Pages 45-50 include specific information on sexual and gender identity.
You are made of medicine: a mental health peer support manual for indigiqueer, two-spirit, lgbtq+ and gender non-conforming indigenous youth : Created by and for 2SLGBTQQIAP+ indigenous youth, this practical guide promotes positive health.
