This illustrated book and poster aim to demonstrate that mental health evolves and can be affected in many ways over the course of a lifetime. It also promotes the importance of seeking support and taking action to look after our mental health.
More concretely, in the book, mental health is presented in the form of a canoe trip during which the main character goes on a journey. The illustrations, which were produced specifically for this tool, make it possible to deconstruct certain misconceptions about mental health and demonstrate that anyone can experience issues concerning their mental health.
