Four main elements were discussed during this virtual regional meeting: a review of the experience of the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic; the organizational chart of the regional health and wellness body; the service relationships between the stakeholders of the new governance model; and the interest-based negotiation method. Workshops in sub-groups allowed participants to deepen their thinking and take another step towards developing the new health and wellness governance model.
