Improve access to programs and services for persons with disabilities in your community

Through the Government of Canada’s 2024 Call for Proposals (CFP) under the Enabling Accessibility Fund (EAF) Youth Accessibility Leader component, youth are encouraged to identify barriers in communities, promote awareness of the program and assist eligible organizations in the development of applications for funding. Canadian youth between the ages of 15 and 30 are encouraged to apply to become a youth accessibility leader (YAL). Learn more.

New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) Community – based 2024-2025 Call for Proposals (CFP) for Community-based Project Funding

The community-based stream of the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) is a federal grant that supports community-based projects that are designed by seniors for seniors. 2024 National Summit on Indigenous Mental Wellness The 2024 National Summit on Indigenous Mental Wellness is taking place October 16th and 17th, 2024 in Calgary, AB.

With themes of Indigenous-led research, knowledge exchange, and best practices, the Summit will explore topics identified by First Nations, Inuit and Métis including through distinctions-based perspectives. More information coming soon.
