Indigenous dinner conference with Robert Falcon Ouellette
The Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT) invites you to take part in the first Indigenous Dinner Conference of the session, to be held on Thursday, January 30, from 12 to 1 p.m., online via Zoom.  UQAT will be joined by Robert Falcon Ouellette, from the Red Pheasant Cree Nation in Saskatchewan. He is a dedicated community organizer and educator. He is an anthropologist who conducts research in the fields of native education, military ethics and political science.

First Nations Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle Regulations
The Claims Period for the Removed Child Class and Removed Child Family Class will be opening soon.

Event on love and sexuality of indigenous peoples;
Call for participation!

Le Cercle des Premières Nations de l’UQAM (CPNUQAM), in collaboration with the Centre interuniversitaire d’études et de recherches autochtones (CIÉRA), and the Chaire stratégique partenariale de l’UQAM en savoirs et traditions orales autochtones, invites you to submit your participation in our event Love and Sexuality in Indigenous People, to be held in Montreal on May 1st 2025. Building a multisport mini-field in your community
To mark its tenth anniversary in 2023, the Montreal Impact Foundation has launched an ambitious project to build 10 multisport mini-fields over five years, with two fields built each year.

Network Advisory Circle
The Tahatikonhsontóntie’ Québec Network Environment for Indigenous Health Research (Qc-NEIHR) is currently inviting expressions of interest for its Network Advisory Circle (NAC). Cluster for Indigenous Engagement Development and Research for Pandemic Preparedness (CIEDAR: P2) welcomes applications for the Pilot Partnership on Indigenous Health initiative, which aims to support collaborative projects between Indigenous agencies/communities and academics/researchers.

The objective of the CIEDAR: P2 Pilot Partnership is to provide $10,000 seed funding for an Indigenous pilot partnership project on how Indigenous communities thrive after COVID. Please complete this application and submit it through Qualtrics by February 9, 2025.

Canadian Heritage has announced the launch of the online engagement process for Canada’s second State of Youth Report. The purpose of this report is to provide insight into the realities of youth, based on their ideas and comments on the issues that concern them most across the country. This consultation will enable us to hear directly from young people about their realities, challenges and priorities.
