The main goal of this reference tool is to help Quebec First Nations interveners and family members who are directly or indirectly affected by special needs children to find the resources that best meet their needs. This user-friendly directory presents the specialized resources under different sections: national and provincial departments and organizations; First Nations organizations and local organizations. For each of the organizations are included: the title, a description of the mandate and specific services offered in terms of special needs children and the contact information.
