The path of a project goes through several stages: the project’s birth, the planning phase, the start-up phase, its implementation and finally the end of the project or ensuring its sustainability. Adaptable tools have been developed to support each of these phases and allow the user to be constantly thinking to improve their project in an ongoing fashion. Each of these tools includes an explanatory text and a procedure. The guide proposes a simple self-evaluation process to help you examine actions that have been taken, check whether they are contributing to the desired change, and then learn from them to improve.
