This toolkit contains five informative pamphlets on methamphetamines and amphetamines, opioids, cannabis, toxic psychosis and harm reduction. From a harm reduction perspective, it focuses on the effects and risks of different substances, when and how to act, and possible solutions. Harm reduction is an approach that, rather than advocate abstinence at all costs, offers ways to make consumption less hazardous or harmful, both for individuals and for those around them.
